uni4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any uni4d service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. uni4d reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or close any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21.

2.2 Residency. uni4d's primary target market is Indonesia. The Platform's payment infrastructure, customer support, and promotional calendar are calibrated for Indonesian residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. uni4d does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where the Platform is legally prohibited from operating.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Competence. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make sound financial decisions, and that you are not registering on behalf of, or under the instruction of, any third party.

3.1 Registration Process. To register a uni4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You must also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration — and kept on file thereafter — is accurate and up to date. uni4d will not be liable for any delay, loss, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player. Significant changes to personal details (name, date of birth, contact information) must be reported to the support team promptly.

3.3 KYC Verification. uni4d reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame will result in suspension of the account's ability to make withdrawals.

3.4 Account Closure. uni4d reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, breach of these Terms, or other harmful conduct. Where funds are determined to have been legitimately deposited, they will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method subject to KYC clearance.

4.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify uni4d customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. uni4d will investigate all reported security incidents; however, the Platform cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification, where such access was facilitated by the Player's own negligence.

4.3 Security Features. uni4d provides two-factor authentication as an optional enhancement to account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. The Platform employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and conducts regular security audits on its infrastructure.

5.1 Accepted Methods. uni4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by uni4d; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply fees that are outside uni4d's control.

5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). uni4d does not charge a fee on deposits. Deposits are typically credited within 60–90 seconds of confirmed bank transfer or instantly upon e-wallet payment.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following target time frames, measured from the point of submission:

• BCA, BRI, BNI: within 30 minutes during business hours (WIB)
• Mandiri, CIMB Niaga: within 45 minutes during business hours (WIB)
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day
• ShopeePay, LinkAja: within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the uni4d account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. uni4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to conduct additional verification.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements (see Clause 6) before any portion of the balance derived from bonus activity may be withdrawn. Deposited funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. uni4d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games contribute 10%; sportsbook bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or promotional credits expire 7 calendar days from the date of crediting, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and may not be reinstated.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a single bonus credit is Rp 10.000.000 or 10x the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. uni4d monitors all bonus activity. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds, voiding of derived winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw. uni4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively alter the terms of bonuses already credited to Player accounts.

7.1 Third-Party Game Providers. All casino games available on the uni4d platform are supplied by independent, internationally licensed game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates under the rules and RNG (Random Number Generator) certifications mandated by the respective studio's licensing authority. uni4d does not operate proprietary casino games.

7.2 Sportsbook Odds. Odds displayed on the uni4d sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to any bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not those displayed at the moment the Player initiates the bet selection. In the event of a significant odds discrepancy caused by a technical error, uni4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's balance.

7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a round or bet, uni4d reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. The Player's stake will be returned in full in such circumstances. uni4d does not honour wins generated during a confirmed system malfunction.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. Stakes committed to a round at the point of disconnection remain at risk per the game's standard rules.

7.5 Responsible Game Selection. Players are responsible for understanding the rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages of any game before placing real-money bets. RTP information is displayed on each game's detail page within the uni4d lobby.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uni4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with platform games or the sportsbook in a manner not intended by uni4d.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker tournaments or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately; exploiting them instead constitutes a material breach.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using the Platform under a false identity or providing any false, misleading, or fraudulent information to uni4d at any time.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a legitimate deposit constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing uni4d staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.1 Platform Commitment. uni4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and services. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all accessible from within the account dashboard.

9.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited into the account.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications triggered after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Player cannot log in or place bets.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the uni4d platform — including but not limited to the uni4d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of uni4d or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

10.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of uni4d.

10.3 Game Content. Game titles available on the Platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers. Any reproduction or redistribution of game content outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Service Availability. uni4d endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability; however, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uni4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where uni4d is found liable for direct loss or damage suffered by a Player, uni4d's aggregate maximum liability in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the Player's deposited balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time the incident occurred.

11.4 Third-Party Game Providers. uni4d is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect outcomes generated by third-party game software. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised with the relevant game provider in accordance with that provider's dispute resolution procedure. uni4d will act as a reasonable intermediary in facilitating such disputes where appropriate.

12.1 Right to Amend. uni4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Current Version. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://uni4d.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you disagree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uni4d holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the uni4d platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting uni4d's customer support team. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable international jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
